FORM OF ADVERTISEMENT
Sealed proposals will be received by: South Waverly Borough of Bradford County, Pa., at 2523 Pennsylvania Ave South Waverly, PA 18840 until 3:00 PM, on May 3, 2021 to be opened on May 3, 2021 at 6:00 PM South Waverly Borough Municipal Building for the following:
Paving Contract:
Accepting bids for approx. 50 SY of Base Repair and furnish and place approx. 212 Ton of 9.5mm Asphalt Wearing Course.
Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract.
Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker’s compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each contract.
All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
