PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT SOUTH WAVERLY BOROUGH PLANNING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON MONDAY NOVEMBER 16, 2020 AT 6:30PM TO REVIEW AND PROVIDE A RECOMMENDATION TO THE SOUTH WAVERLY BOROUGH ZONING HEARING BOARD. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE APPLICATION FOR A CHANGE OF A NON-CONFORMING USE RECEIVED FROM DR. THOMAS HORN, PROPERTY OWNER OF THE FORMER ST. JOHNS CHURCH RECTORY INTO (3) THREE SEPARATE RENTAL APARTMENTS. THE HEARING WILL BE HELD AT THE SOUTH WAVERLY BOROUGH BUILDING, LOCATED AT 2325 PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE, SOUTH WAVERLY, PENNSYLVANIA. THE SOUTH WAVERLY BOROUGH ZONING HEARING BOARD WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AT AT LATER DATE TO REVIEW AND RENDER A DECISION.
